Senior Oracle Finance Business Analyst Lead / SA

Location: Burlington, MA(Hybrid)

Expectations - Customer is seeking a Senior Oracle Finance Business Analyst Lead / SA with strong consultative experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion. The ideal candidate will be local to Massachusetts to avoid travel costs and bring deep business finance expertise.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance
  • Strong business acumen with ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership in non-technical terms
  • Experience across multiple Oracle Cloud implementations
  • Ability to operate as a self-starter and leader, driving insights and solutions
  • This is not a technical role; emphasis is on analysis, strategy, and business guidance with strong Oracle cloud experience.
  • How frequently candidate needs to visit at client location : As much as possible ( thrice weekly ) in Burlington MA location. If we are getting near fit profile this is negotiating factor.
