Skilled and experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer/ Integration SME with deep expertise in ServiceNow Modules and in Third-party system integrations. Hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, HRSD, and ITAM, and will be responsible for designing and delivering technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Deep Hands on Experience in ServiceNow development with Script includes, Business Rules, ACLs, Data and UI policies, Data import activities
Proven hands on experience in ServiceNow integration solutions using Integrations (REST/SOAP), Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and custom scripts.
Hands on experience with Integration of external systems Like MS AD, SAP, Workday, Azure, AWS, Jira
Work across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, HRSD, and ITAM.
Gather requirements and translate them into technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain Integration documentation and interface specifications.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with minimal business impact.
Participate in customer-facing roles and contribute to technical solution design.
Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certifications - Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS-ITSM.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server configurations.
Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth2, Basic Auth).
Experience with ServiceNow Spokes and custom connector development.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
