Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with global express carriers; implement performance frameworks and conduct business reviews.

  • Identify and onboard new regional/local carriers, including app-based parcel services.

  • Define carrier selection criteria, lead evaluation, and drive final selection with cross-functional partners.

  • Negotiate agreements and statements of work to secure best-in-class pricing, flexibility, and service terms.

  • Collaborate with operations, network design, application management, and finance teams to optimize cost and service levels.

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics network.

  • Lead organizational projects that drive innovation and growth in parcel distribution.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of direct experience sourcing/managing express carrier services OR commercial role at a global express integrator (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx).

  • Experience in ecommerce logistics and network operations.

  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity and managing multiple workstreams.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Logistics procurement background from major express carriers.

  • Experience with app-based parcel services.
