Description
We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals eager to take ownership of their work and collaborate in a dynamic construction and contractor industry environment. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in business analysis and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements.
Create detailed use case diagrams and workflow charts using tools such as Visio to ensure clarity in product operations.
Develop clear and actionable user stories to guide development teams in implementing business requirements.
Perform preliminary quality assurance and control checks to validate requirements before User Acceptance Testing.
Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product managers and development teams, to align on project goals.
Actively participate in Agile Scrum processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Support business process improvement initiatives by analyzing current workflows and recommending enhancements.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
Proficiency with Atlassian Jira for task management and tracking.
Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.
Experience in developing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and user stories.
Strong skills in creating workflow diagrams and process documentation.
Familiarity with A/B testing processes and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
