Job Title :- Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials Lead

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules:

General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Cost Management and Tax.

Configure and optimize Oracle EPM Cloud modules:

Planning and Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), and Account Reconciliation (ARCS) and Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS).

Collaborate with supply chain and finance teams to align ERP configurations with product lifecycle, inventory, and procurement processes.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.

Support integrations between ERP Financials and supply chain systems (e.g., Order Management, Inventory, Procurement).

Develop and execute test plans, support UAT, and ensure successful deployments.

Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation for end users and stakeholders.

Monitor Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and recommend adoption of relevant features.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

6+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials or equivalent.

2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or equivalent.

Strong understanding of financial processes in an IT services and product supply chain environment.

Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View) or equivalent.

Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience with FBDI, ADFdi, REST APIs, and HDL.

Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.

Exposure to supply chain modules like Order Management, Inventory, and Procurement.
