RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Field Technical Specialist Consultant IV in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Northern Virginia.

Key Tasks:
* Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert
* Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods
* Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
* Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives
* Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies
* Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients
* Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives
* May provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree holder (technical field) with 3 - 8 years of working experience in related fields desired
* Mission Critical and ITIL certifications
* In-depth knowledge of company and industry standard networked
* Some in-depth knowledge of corporate organization and policies
* Thorough knowledge of all relevant company services, competition, market trends, company organization, and third parties
* Business, technical, or functional knowledge at the mastery level plus administrative or operations knowledge
* Able to anticipate Customer needs, develop proposed solutions, and build consensus
* Able to provide Mission Critical customer recommendations to improve processes
* Experienced knowledge of change management process and tools in complex environment
* Advanced skills in project management, communication, analysis, and presentation
* Expertise in area of focus and knowledgeable of future technology directions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
