REQUIRED SKILLS | Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required; Master s degree or MBA preferred. 5+ years of progressive HR systems experience, including 3+ years in Workday administration and leadership roles. Proven experience with Workday integrations, architecture, and multiple module configurations. Strong understanding of HR business processes, compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA), and data lifecycle management. Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide system initiatives, including implementations, integrations, and upgrades. Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
