Job Summary:
Looking for a senior-level Oracle HCM Architect/Principal Consultant with deep hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Payroll, Talent, and Recruitment. This role focuses on leading HCM initiatives, configuring systems, and managing client engagements remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Oracle HCM project team and manage client communications.

  • Configure payroll setups, consolidation groups, pay periods, and elements.

  • Implement and support HCM modules including Payroll, Learning, and Recruitment.

  • Utilize HCM Extract, Fast Formula, and HDL (HCM Data Loader) for integrations and data migrations.

  • Provide functional and technical support for ongoing HCM operations.
