Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consulting Program Manager to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) across our North America operations, followed by a multi-phase deployment to the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
This role requires deep ERP program management expertise, strong leadership, and functional familiarity with core and advanced D365 F&O modules to ensure a smooth transition from legacy platforms to a globally unified solution.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Execution
Direct and oversee the end-to-end implementation of D365 Finance & Operations, including North American and APAC rollouts.
Establish and manage governance structures, program plans, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation strategies.
Functional & Technical Oversight
Work closely with solution architects and functional leads to ensure proper configuration, testing, and deployment of core D365 F&O modules, including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets
Budgeting and Forecasting
Cash and Bank Management
Procurement and Sourcing
Inventory and Warehouse Management
Sales and Marketing
Project Operations / Project Accounting
Production Control (if applicable to manufacturing sites)
Cost Accounting / Management Accounting
Oversee data migration strategy, system integration points, and inter dependencies with external platforms (e.g., legacy ERPs, CRM, HR systems).

Stakeholder Communication & Executive Reporting
Develop and present comprehensive program updates, risk reports, and go/no-go decision materials to C-level stakeholders and regional business leaders.
Translate complex program details into executive-level briefings with clear recommendations and impact assessments.
Vendor and Systems Integrator Management
Lead coordination with D365 implementation partners, systems integrators, and offshore teams to ensure solution delivery is on time, on budget, and on scope.
Oversee vendor SOWs, deliverable approvals, quality assurance, and change control processes.
Financial Oversight
Track and manage program budgets, including capital and operational expenses.
Provide forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization recommendations.
Global Scheduling and Cross-Functional Alignment
Manage project timelines and scheduling across multiple time zones and workstreams.
Facilitate workshops, design sessions, UAT planning, cutover planning, and executive steering committee meetings.
Change Management & Organizational Readiness
Support or partner with change management teams to drive user adoption, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Prepare region-specific deployment plans to address localization, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of program or project management experience with enterprise ERP implementations, at least 3+ years specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Demonstrated success delivering global rollouts in complex, matrixed organizations.
Functional knowledge of core Finance and Operations modules as listed above.
Experience managing data migration, system integration, and global process harmonization.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Business Process Modeler.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills especially at the executive stakeholder level.
PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master s in IT, Finance, or Supply Chain Management a strong plus.
