Position : Senior Project Manager

Position Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong functional expertise in enterprise manufacturing to lead and manage critical initiatives for our enterprise manufacturing client. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, results-driven individual who can operate independently and effectively across cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving client ERP systems.
Lead and manage the transition from the current service provider to the new service provider, including coordination with the client team.
Work closely with functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into project plans and timelines
Coordinate with client functional and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration
Track and manage scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Drive regular project status meetings and executive updates
Ensure adherence to project governance and delivery best practices.
Support change management and user adoption activities as needed
Maintain clear and consistent communication across project teams and stakeholders
Ensure functional, technical documentation being delivered as expected.
Ensure test cases being produced as needed based on the acceptance criteria and test cycles have been executed.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
10+ years of overall project management experience in enterprise environments
5+ years of hands-on experience managing client projects, with strong functional knowledge across modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse management etc.)
Proven ability to manage large, complex ERP projects across distributed teams
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.)
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
Experience working in manufacturing or industrial sectors is desirable
