NAB Hospitality- Remote
What you'll be doing:
- Must have demonstrable leadership skills, building and managing development teams.
- Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of services and system software and related infrastructure
- Ensure systems, operating systems, software systems and related procedures adhere to organizational values
- Manage/maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline our development processes.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues and provide escalated technical support
- Build tools to reduce the occurrences of errors and improve the customer experience
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Develop scripts to automate visualization
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
- Design and implement appropriate levels of security within the systems.
- Document processes, systems, and procedures in detail.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent work experience OR
- 10+ yrs of DevOps infrastructure experience.
- 3+ years of IT Project Management experience with proven infrastructure project management
- 5+ years of experience with managing large-scale Kubernetes clusters
- Experience with maintaining Linux or Unix based systems.
- Knowledge of Source Code Management (Version Control System) tools like Git
- Strong experience with GitOps procedures and workflows using either Flux or ArgoCD
- Experience with open source metrics and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, AlertManager
- Expert Terraform skills
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Platforms with an emphasis on AWS and EKS
- Experience with automation/ integration tools like GitHub Actions
- Strong Knowledge of software containerization platforms like Docker
- Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Golang.
- Experience in database administration such as Postgres, Neo4j or other relational and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Networking: SDN, Switching, Routing, firewalls
- Kubernetes tooling: Kubectl, Kustomize, YAML, Helm Charts
- Maintaining Payment Card Industry Digital Security Standard (PCI-DSS) compliance
