HYBRID: Must be able to work ONSITE 2x a MONTH (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY).

Digital Product Manager, Service Console will support internal Finance websites for the customer service agent console and other digital tools. These digital tools will be used for the projects, enhancements, production support and related enterprise projects. This includes overseeing product design, development, testing, launch and warranty. They will maintain high standards for production support, such as up-time and operational continuity. You triage incidents and bugs. This rapidly growing product team is called Innovation and Digital DevOps (IDDO) unit, they're part of the Business Technology Solutions (BTS) Department within Captive Finance IT (CF IT) Division. They serve the Finance Corporation (FC), a world class captive finance organization which finances automobile, power sports, jet and insurance offerings.

Products include:
FINANCE WEBSITES: Expand self-service functionality to enable customers to easily manage their accounts online
SERVICE CONSOLE + AGENT KNOWLEDGE: Customer service representatives use console to serve customer requests. Knowledge summarizes standard operating procedures to help representatives understand how best to do their jobs
CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS / MARKETING CLOUD PLATFORM: Customer communications via message center, email, SMS, web notifications, banner notifications and partner managed messages. Care and feeding of technical platform and templates

Project Responsibilities:
CUSTOMER FACING + PAYMENTS EXCELLENCE: Provide direct ownership of our prominent digital tools visited by millions of customers. This candidate will have delivered winning experiences for top brands. If they have a strong understand quality assurance, testing and have experience with payment processing, financial services or captive finance industry.
ROADMAP + DECISION MAKING: Using critical thinking to build roadmaps or business plans aimed at transforming next generation capabilities. Provide decision analysis on tool and vendor selections. This includes, socializing and iterate as you gain support for the product roadmap.
PROJECT LEADERSHIP: This critical leader works with more junior Product Owners and Business Analysts within the team. This role coordinates UX and testing resources. The role leads agile scrum teams and engages development, marketing, legal and other business / IT / enterprise stakeholders in our large matrix organization. You use outstanding written and verbal multi disciplinary communication skills to engage subject matter experts through executive stakeholders.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
**Must be willing to convert to a FTE after six months**
5+ years of Product Management, Product Development or Product Operations experience
5+ years of leadership experience, managing mixed teams: business / IT, internal / external, onshore / nearshore / offshore
2+ years of experience with customer facing top brand digital products
2+ years of experience with developing roadmap and business plans. Driving procurement process from identification of options, evaluations and RFI/RFP selection of tools and vendors.
2+ years of direct leadership experience, managing associates.
2 years of payments, financial services or captive finance industry experience preferred.
Ability to inspire art of the possible to improve upon status quo.
Ability to influence executive management with effective verbal and written communications; Strength in advocacy of business/IT needs and user experience.
Developed budget plans
Must be comfortable with ambiguity and quickly flex to changing conditions.
Education: BA/BS degree
Certification: Agile certification for Product Owner or Scrum Master (PREFER SAFe Agile)
Either obtained Basic Salesforce Admin Certification: Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant; (Developer skills not required) - Basic 101 certification in a large library of available certifications or you MUST be willing to commit to gaining this certification with in a year of being hired.
