Product Manager and Scrum Master, Lead
Key Role:

Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Agile processes, manage and execute backlog refining sessions for sprint teams, and provide recommendations based on metrics evaluated. Work with the Client for backlog grooming including prioritization. Ensure prioritization of features and capabilities with the customer to ensure higher priority items are identified and implemented first. Serve the Client and Scrum Teams by guiding the team on how to use the agile processes. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers. Provide leadership to ensure the scrum team attains the most value from a self-organized team. Take responsibility for impediments including resolving impediments, providing guidance for removing impediments, and escalating impediments to ensure quick resolution. Facilitate technical discussions, make decisions, impediment resolution and conflict resolution. Ensure transparency from client to scrum team by facilitating internal and external communication. Perform continual assessment of the maturity of the scrum team and provide coaching and insight in support of greater maturity. Commit to continuous process improvement including active facilitation of reviews and retrospectives and incorporation of lessons learned for future sprints.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with directly executing OCO and background in systems or computer engineering
  • Experience in Agile, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience with the DoD project life cycle
  • Experience with using Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with defining Stor ies and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • SAFe methodology Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
