Role: Product Delivery Manager Network Products

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Requisition Details

We are seeking a skilled Product Delivery & Integration Manager to join the Network & Acquirer Capabilities and Data team within NAS.

This position will oversee the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional products, engaging with various technology and product teams.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working in a matrixed organization, and skilled at translating project progress into clear, actionable reporting for senior leadership

Key responsibilities include:

Defining and delivering capabilities that align with strategic product roadmaps for Network Products.

Collaborating with Product Management, the Envisioning Team, Product Owners, and capability owners to drive program outcomes.

Enhancing delivery predictability and supporting best-in-class product delivery across the organization.

The role is suited for individuals passionate about leading agile delivery initiatives in complex, fast-changing environments.

Serve as the primary contact for teams and stakeholders from the start of an initiative through to delivery.

Coordinate teams to plan and execute against product roadmaps, manage and escalate issues and risks as needed to support timely and effective delivery, and provide regular progress updates.

Monitor value delivery and sequence initiatives to align with expectations.

Contribute to the investment decision and capacity allocation processes by providing input on sequencing and highlighting other delivery considerations including dependencies.

Work collaboratively to gain agreement from downstream stakeholders.

Document and maintain plans through partnership with the product/business leadership and all key stakeholders.
