Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle applications and technology, paired with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. This role requires someone who can deliver innovative solutions to enhance business processes and support operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Partner with organizational leaders to prioritize tasks, projects, and process improvements.
Implement enhancements and changes to existing business processes to drive operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, both locally and globally, to optimize business systems.
Analyze current and future business needs to develop solutions that integrate various operations seamlessly.
Investigate user-reported issues and coordinate with support teams to resolve them effectively.
Participate in audits and provide assistance as needed to ensure compliance.
Manage Oracle Cloud integrations, including creating or modifying integrations based on business requirements.
Utilize Oracle Fusion extensions to write or modify scripts and customize applications.
Maintain and manage data tables and logic within Oracle environments to support business functions.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization's objectives.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 3 years in a functional support role with Oracle Cloud (Fusion).
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Modules such as Procurement, Cost Management, Manufacturing, and Finance.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, senior management, and external vendors.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Technical expertise in Oracle Cloud integrations and Oracle Fusion extensions, including groovy scripting.
Familiarity with tools such as Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies and conducting gap analysis to identify areas of improvement.
