Monday.com Platform Administrator & Product Owner to manage, scale, and optimize our Monday.com environment across all business units (BUs). This role serves as the primary administrator and strategic owner of Monday.com, ensuring seamless platform governance, user management, compliance, adoption, reporting, and high-touch support. You will drive process improvements, train users, handle escalations, and act as the key liaison with the Monday.com support and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Governance
Act as the primary Admin and Product Owner for Monday.com.
Ensure uptime, platform configuration, and optimal performance.
Develop and maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
2. User & License Management
Manage user onboarding/offboarding, access controls, and permission sets.
Support license procurement and renewals with Procurement teams.
Monitor license usage, cost allocation, and reporting.
3. Support & Training
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for escalations and technical issues.
Conduct weekly training and enablement sessions for users.
Deliver high-touch stakeholder support across BUs.
4. Process Enablement & Customization
Collaborate with BU stakeholders and Monday.com support to evaluate feasibility and implement custom solutions.
Build and maintain boards, dashboards, automations, and integrations tailored to departmental needs.
5. Compliance & Security
Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security protocols and internal standards.
Maintain audit trails, access logs, and participate in platform audits.
6. Procurement & Vendor Coordination
Facilitate vendor onboarding, PO requests, renewals, and invoicing with Procurement.
Provide platform adoption data and forecasts to support licensing strategies.
7. Knowledge Management
Maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs, FAQs, and training content.
8. Reporting & Governance
Oversee data integrity and build reporting frameworks for leadership.
Present usage metrics, platform adoption, and performance KPIs monthly.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Have:
Monday.com Admin and Developer Certifications
Hands-on expertise with Monday.com dashboards, workflow developments , workflow builds automations, integrations, and apps
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in user access management, compliance, and internal auditing
Familiarity with vendor procurement, PO workflows, and license management
