Job Description:
Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr
Responsibilities:
  • Development: Design, implement, and maintain custom solutions using Salesforce's Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other technologies.
  • Integration: Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
  • Customization: Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
  • Testing and Deployment: Conduct rigorous testing and manage deployment processes to ensure stable and reliable solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all development processes, integrations, and configurations.
  • Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other related technologies.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Developer and other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
