Job Details

This role requires a strong background in Delphi programming (RAD Studio 2007/2011+) and SQL/PL SQL, with experience in object-oriented development using VCL (Virtual Component Library) on Windows-based platforms. The candidate must be familiar with:

  • Windows 11 Enterprise and Windows Server 2015+

  • Oracle RDBMS, including use of Oracle DB Admin Tools like Enterprise Manager

  • GitHub for version control

  • Conducting design and code walkthroughs

Preferred/Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with financial applications, particularly WisDOT custom solutions

  • Familiarity with tools like ASTA or RemObjects Data Abstract

  • Experience developing Oracle triggers/packages

  • Integration of security tools (e.g., OKTA) with Delphi applications

  • Usage of SQL Developer or equivalent Oracle tools
