A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $70,720 - $126,880 per year for the role of Systems Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle moderate to high complexity cases and exceed customer expectations.
- Manage efficiency and effectiveness of incident and problem management system.
- Maintain and administer support procedures and documentation.
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with administrators to implement fixes.
- Communicate challenges and recommend solutions to key stakeholders, including management, end-users, and senior leadership.
- Participate in technical support meetings to gain understanding of the client's processes and share best practices.
- Participate in new product evaluations and assist on vendor proposals for hardware purchases.
- Stay abreast of the latest changes, trends, and technological advancements in the industry.
- Provide guidance, assistance, and mentoring support to team members.
Minimum Education and/or Training:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field of study required.
- Master's degree preferred.
Minimum Experience:
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery preferred. In lieu of Bachelor's degree, this position is required to have a minimum of 4 years of experience with an Associate's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience with a high school degree.
- Prefer experience working in a technical support environment.
- Prefer experience working in a healthcare and/or clinical research environment.
