Location: Phoenix, AZ (Local Only Candidates)
100% onsite until training is completed approx. 3-4 weeks. Then hybrid 20% onsite and 80% remote.
First interview remote. Second interview In-Person.
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Assist in planning and testing the migration of case data from legacy systems to modern platforms, ensuring data integrity, completeness, and accessibility
- Identify, document, and track application defects, providing detailed analysis to facilitate bug resolution
- Work closely with developers, cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to understand system functionality, define acceptance criteria, and resolve issues
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to elicit and document Business Requirements, create wireframes, and translate functional needs into detailed technical specifications for development and testing teams
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and various software development life cycle models
- Experience working with low-code automation tools
- Ability to document user and technical business requirements and identify key data elements using industry standard approaches
- Strong documentation and technical writing abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on communicating technical information from development teams to business and QA teams
