Job Description

  • Administer and support the Service Portfolio Management (SPM) module within the ITSM platform.
  • Ensure accurate configuration, data integrity, and proper user access management.
  • Support integrations between SPM and related ITSM/PPM modules.
  • Provide first-line support, issue resolution, and troubleshooting for SPM-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to enhance service delivery and portfolio visibility.
  • Apply strong domain knowledge in IT Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) within the context of SPM.
  • Support demand management, service lifecycle tracking, and service value realization.
  • Align services with strategic business priorities and ensure governance across the service portfolio.
