This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the creation, update, maintenance, deletion, and delivery of master data while ensuring that it is consistent and trustworthy. Each day, you will provide support for master data management processes. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in programs to optimize business functions through data driven insights.
The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite, Florence, SC.
This role is contributing to the Electrification Services division in Florence, SC. Main stakeholders are Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Production.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Services division in Florence, SC. Main stakeholders are Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Production.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Ensuring that master data integrity, cleansing, normalization, and quality is maintained efficiently and accurately in all systems within scope of responsibility.
- Material Master Data parametrization based on business processes
- Assisting in the overall solution of quality issues by participating in the elimination of non-conformance by developing inspection plans for critical parts characteristics.
- Coordinate with different areas the material creation for logistic purposes within the ERP. Work with operations and purchasing to ensure data accuracy.
- Participating in the development, updating, and maintenance of procedures, tools, and metrics.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience, or master's in business administration.
- 3+ years of experience in SAP master data management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience with BOM management, material classification, and production routing setup.
- Familiar with interpreting engineering drawings
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
