Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Production Support Specialist to join our dynamic team on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and a strong background in production support. You ll play a key role in triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a high-impact healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day technical support for Salesforce Health Cloud users.
Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues via Jira or similar ticketing tools.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of support cases.
Monitor system performance and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and internal support processes.
Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with the development team for bug fixes, enhancements, and deployment support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Health Cloud.
Proven experience in technical production support and incident management.
Familiarity with support platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Must be authorized to work in the US and able to work remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Health Cloud Consultant).
Experience in healthcare IT or regulated environments.
Familiarity with HIPAA and data privacy standards.
