Volt is immediately hiring for Sr Data Analyst in Lake Zurich, IL.
Duration- 3 Months
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8am-5pm CST
As a Sr. Data Analyst, you will:
- Holds a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the company s master data.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and coordinating data cleansing of master data across SAP master data domains and various platforms for both medical device and pharmaceuticals business.
- This role involves collaborating with different stakeholders across departments to establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
- This role will drive operational efficiencies, bring in a blend of agility, industry expertise, and a passion for technology, leveraging their background in effective data governance and technological innovation throughout the organization.
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day data management activities of the Customer Master Data team in coordination with the Team Lead.
- This role will partner with the Team Lead and Manager in addressing process issues and strategizing streamlining processes, as well as ensuring the team has up-to-date Processes & Procedures.
- Assist in the efforts to establish data governance standards, ensure data quality and integrity, and optimize processes for maintaining customer information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, establish data quality metrics, and implement data management best practices.
- Serves as a back-up in pricing and licensing updates, rebate accrual and Anti-Torture regulations. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and are within the SOP guidelines.
- Serves as a backup in Group Mailbox and SME portal.
- Participate in the process improvement initiatives related to data and beyond.
- Assists in the design, integration, and implementation of new process flows across departments.
- Assumes additional responsibilities and supports CFS management with ad hoc reports and special projects as required.
- Serve as master data SME on all new system integrations or enhancements requiring master data to ensure proper documentation, usage, and assessing process impact.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor s Degree plus 5+ years of experience or equivalent work-related experience required.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical/medical device knowledge required.
- Proficient understanding of data governance, pricing and contracting policy and procedures.
- Understand external associations between customer accounts, wholesalers, and contraction sources.
- SAP experience and detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expert Level Excel and experience with larger data sets and analytics.
Pay Rate: $40 - $43.33 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
