NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a IT Project Manager: Salesforce Implementation to join their team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US). REMOTE!
Skills/Requirements:
A Salesforce Project Manager is key in managing projects focused on Salesforce applications and platforms
- Basic understanding of clinical research (pharma, device and/or biotech sectors) and of Clinical Research SaaS technology.
- Able to demonstrate good verbal/written communication combined with some organizational skills.
- Exhibit time management skills combined with strong collaboration and team-building awareness
- Experience in supporting project teams and meeting project timelines would be advantageous
- Self-motivated and able to assume responsibility in a professional manner
- Is proficient in the use of all relevant EDC/CDM systems
- Can demonstrate some computing skills and has experience with MS Office suite, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Can demonstrate presentation skills.
- They oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring that Salesforce solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Project Manager with good knowledge in Sales, Service and FSL.
- Well versed with REMS guidelines (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy)
- Salesforce Implementation for Clinical Trials
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its functionalities.
- Experience in requirement gathering and
- Excellent project management skills, including managing large, complex projects.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this role is (HOURLY 70 MIN TO 85). Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
