Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled UI Developer to join our team, focusing on creating responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing web applications. This role requires expertise in front-end development technologies and practical experience using Playwright for robust, end-to-end UI testing and automation. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, backend developers, and the QA team to deliver a seamless user experience across all platforms and ensure high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop user-friendly, high-quality web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Translate UI/UX design wireframes and prototypes into high-quality, functional code, ensuring technical feasibility of designs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Playwright to ensure application quality and performance.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility and debug issues across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use and maintain existing codebases.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate UI components with APIs and services.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes to ensure high-quality code delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and test automation.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), Git, and UI/UX principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright for automated testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A relevant Bachelor s degree.
  • Experience with CSS pre-processors and design tools.
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization and integrating test automation into CI/CD.
