Junior MSP Support Administrator/onsite

We're seeking a Junior MSP Support Engineer for a full-time, onsite role in South Jersey. You'll support local clients with day-to-day desktop and server issues, working in a fast-paced managed services environment. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience across a range of technologies while learning from senior engineers. Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-2 support for desktops, laptops, and servers
• Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, and M365 issues
• Assist with system upgrades, patching, and deployments
• Work directly with clients onsite and via remote tools
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system

Requirements

• 1-3 years of IT support experience (MSP preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Server, and Active Directory
• Basic networking skills (DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be based in South Jersey and able to work onsite

Nice to Have

• Experience with backup tools, RMM platforms, or firewalls
• CompTIA, Microsoft, or other relevant certifications

What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown

• 50% Systems Support (Windows Server, M365, AD)
• 50% Desktop Support (Hardware)

Daily Responsibilities

• 70% Hands-On Troubleshooting & Support (remote and onsite)
• 20% Installations & Client Onboarding
• 10% Documentation & Ticket Management
