Job Title: Principal QA Automation Engineer Location: Miramar, FL (Hybrid 3 Days/Week Onsite)
Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Work Authorization : Holders, Unable to do sponsorship.

  • Must have excellent, clear communication
  • 10+ years of experience in Testing and solution design, development, implementation of
    Automation testing in SAP
  • 10+ years of hands-on automation experience in TOSCA in S/4 Hana
  • Leadership experience
  • SAP upgrade experience is a plus (especially from ECC to S/4 HANA)

    Job Description We are recruiting for a Principal QA Automation Engineer to join our client s dynamic and growing team in a contract-to-hire, hybrid role based in Miramar, FL. This high-impact position
    will take ownership of the quality assurance strategy and automation framework for SAP implementations and upgrades, with a specific focus on TOSCA automation in S/4
    HANA
    environments.

    This role plays a critical function in ensuring the overall quality, performance, and reliability of enterprise systems through automated and manual testing strategies, while also leading and
    mentoring QA resources.
    Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and functional consultants to understand
    business needs and technical specifications.
  • Define and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases aligned
    with SAP modules.
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of test automation strategy, identifying key
    areas for automation across SAP solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Tricentis Tosca, UFT, Worksoft Certify, or other
    SAP-compatible tools.
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous testing and
    delivery
    practices.
  • Ensure test scripts are scalable, reusable, and effective across multiple SAP modules and use
    cases.
  • Lead efforts in test data management, execution of automated test cases, and defect
    tracking.
  • Work closely with development teams to reproduce issues, verify bug fixes, and validate test
    coverage.
  • Track and report on QA metrics such as defect counts, pass/fail rates, and testing progress.
  • Provide timely updates and act as the primary point of contact for QA updates to
    project and leadership teams.
  • Maintain and improve QA documentation, processes, and standards, adhering to best
    practices.
  • Stay current with trends and advancements in QA tools, test automation, and SAP
    technologies.
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the testing
    organization.

    Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with emphasis on SAP
    automation testing and solution design
    .
  • 6+ years of hands-on automation experience with Tricentis Tosca,
    specifically in S/4 HANA environments.
  • Strong experience with SAP modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, or others.
  • Experience in SAP upgrade projects, especially migrations from ECC to S/4 HANA,
    is highly desirable.
  • Leadership experience managing or mentoring QA teams or acting as a QA lead.
  • Experience as a liaison between QA teams and leadership, with strong communication
    and stakeholder management
    skills.
  • Deep knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and QA
    methodologies.
  • Understanding of programming/scripting languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, Python, C#) and deployment tools
    (e.g., QGM, Solution Manager, DevOps practices).
  • Strong documentation skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for quality, automation, and process improvement.

    Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the food and beverage, distribution, or manufacturing industries.
  • Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps ecosystems, integrating QA processes into continuous delivery
    pipelines.
  • Familiarity with other test automation tools beyond Tosca is a plus.

    Work Arrangement Hybrid model: 3 days/week onsite in Miramar, FL Local candidates preferred, but relocation is acceptable for exceptional candidates
