We have an immediate Openings with Our Direct Client for a Long-term contract position
Job Title: Business Analyst Duration: 12 Months Location: San Francisco, CA Onsite
Job description Own user-support, maintain documentation (process & training), air traffic control:
User Support: Be the point of contact to triage questions from Brand Admins
o Answer directly if it s a question about basic functionality (via knowledge from Vendor training resources or from being a user in the system)
o Answer directly about general product roadmap questions
o Configure OOTB features for brand admins once alignment is reached
o Open tickets for the product team/brand admins as needed
o Be able to discern technical questions and know whether to raise to Engineers or Vendor
o Direct product questions to Product Manager
Own Link Tickets: Track progress on open tickets and SLA
Support Business Process Documentation: Create current state process maps for features we want to build in the DAM (e.g. document Select and Edit workflow processes for all brands and current pain points)
o As the expert on business processes, should be able to help Product Manager identify areas to go after to improve user experience
o Document future-state processes as-needed and help calculate time savings/value add as a result of implementing new features (to be reported out to governance)
Training & Documentation:
o Create and maintain training materials, including quick reference guides (use Vendor training documentation as needed)
