Seeking a Business Systems Analyst Associate to support our Enterprise Commercial Real Estate group. You will assist in enhancing our enterprise loan servicing system and BAU platforms. The role involves collaborating with product owners, development teams, and occasionally with end users to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Responsibilities: Assist Product Owners with testing, bug triage, and user story writing. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Support the implementation of new platform features for clients. Perform data analysis and create reporting deliverables. Gather and document requirements from stakeholders. Improve workflows and ensure cross-system compatibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree (required); Computer Science or Finance preferred.
0-3 years of experience in a similar role. 1-2 years of experience with Agile, data analysis, and technical documentation.
Familiarity with SQL and financial services is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Critical thinking and a solid understanding of business processes.
Candidates must be able to work onsite 2-4 days a week. Local to Kansas City area preferred.
