Locations: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
- This role ensures that the product meets regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client expectations by collaborating with internal stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the strategic vision and roadmap.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify customer challenges, emerging risks, and competitive positioning in the financial market space.
- Backlog Management & Prioritization: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring feature development aligns with client priorities and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between customers, development teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate use cases, and ensure seamless product delivery.
- Feature Definition & Development: Work with development teams to define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for new product enhancements and integrations.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track product KPIs to measure effectiveness, adoption, and compliance accuracy. Use data-driven insights to drive product improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and professional services teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies and customer onboarding.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. A master s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 6+ years of product management experience in financial institutions and SAFe Agile.
- SAFe Agile certification is highly desired.
- Solid experience working in Capital Market/ Investment Banking domain.
- Proven experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
- Expertise in writing user stories, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey product vision, requirements, and strategic roadmaps.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external customers, including financial institutions, regulators, and compliance officers.
