Job Title: Senior Staff Software Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 7+ Months
We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer with expertise in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud to design and implement robust, scalable solutions tailored to our business requirements. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including CPQ, Sales and Service Cloud, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth.
Experience:
7+ years of Salesforce experience
Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce including CPQ and Case management capabilities.
Skills:
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data models, APIs, security, and automation tools.
Proficiency in Omni-Studio tools, Salesforce Flows, and custom development (Apex, LWC).
Expertise in system integration, using platforms like Boomi, or Apigee.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce certifications, such as System Architect, Application Architect, or Revenue Cloud Consultant.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes, including CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and tools like Jira.
