Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Scrum Master to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days/week onsite.
What you'll do:

Lead multiple Scrum teams, ensuring Agile best practices & high-quality deliverables

Partner with Product Owners & BAs to define acceptance criteria & prioritize backlogs
- Monitor metrics, manage risks, dependencies, and budgets
- 7+ years Scrum Master experience with project management skills

CSM certification required; Jira, ADO, Confluence expertise
