Job Description:
Essential Functions:
  • Performs conduct procedures in strict compliance to the study protocol, Good Clinical.
  • Practice standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), QA/QC procedures, OSH guidelines and other state and local regulations as applicable.
  • Provides assistance in the execution of clinical trials.
  • Ensures the well-being and safety of study participants.
  • Provides administrative and operational support.
Qualifications:
  • Education A high school diploma or G.E.D. and.
  • Phlebotomist certification is required.
Experienc:
  • One to two (1-2) years of experience in a clinical environment.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
  • Certification/Licensure N/A.
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (Other pertinent qualifications, skills, or knowledge necessary to perform the essential functions of the job).
  • Able to obtain vital signs and perform ECGs.
  • Able to perform telemetry and insert intravenous catheters, or willing to learn
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple competing priorities.
  • Able to work with tight deadlines.
  • Able to function independently within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Work Environment:
  • Predominantly clinical conduct environment.
  • Non-supervisory, non-managerial.
