Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in driving product development strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively across various teams while contributing to the creation of innovative products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product development strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of product design and brand aesthetic.
  • Manage product development metrics and drive responsive strategies to meet market demands.
  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Identify and troubleshoot unique challenges in product development, leveraging technical knowledge to find solutions.
  • Communicate brand costing and strategic goals to sourcing teams to ensure alignment.

Skills

  • Proven experience in global product development and a strong understanding of design and merchandising.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple challenges effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and business acumen to ensure product flows through the pipeline efficiently.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across various teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated professional presence and effective communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with production trade regulations and testing protocols.
  • Knowledge of fabric and garment construction, as well as retail math.
  • Curiosity and motivation to develop new skills and knowledge in the field.
  • Experience managing dynamic projects that require adaptability to changing circumstances.
