Job Summary:
The Project Manager II is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities in fields such as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. The role involves managing project scope, assessing requirements changes, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated baseline project plans using estimating models.
- Recommend solutions based on business issues understanding.
- Provide task-based schedule and cost forecasts.
- Capture and track program metrics and perform analysis.
- Manage project scope and assess requirements changes.
- Manage client expectations and track operational risks.
- Clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues.
- Manage project closure initiatives and document project activities.
Required Skills (ANCHOR):
- IT background from a PM standpoint
- SAFe/Agile
- Agile Methodologies
- Candidates must have financial services industry experience. Candidates without this industry experience will not be considered.
