Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Windows 11 Deployment Technician to support our organization's transition to Windows 11. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PC imaging, desktop support, and troubleshooting, along with strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service to end users during the deployment process.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Windows 11 Deployment Technician to support our organization's transition to Windows 11. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PC imaging, desktop support, and troubleshooting, along with strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service to end users during the deployment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Windows 11 deployments across various departments, ensuring minimal disruption to end users.
- Image and configure desktops, laptops, and other endpoint devices using standardized tools and procedures.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware and software issues related to the deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including driver compatibility, application errors, and network connectivity.
- Assist users with post-deployment issues, including data migration, application setup, and peripheral configuration.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deployment activities, issues, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure smooth rollout and adherence to company standards.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and communicate effectively with non-technical users.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures during deployment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Windows OS deployment, preferably Windows 11.
- Strong knowledge of imaging tools (e.g., MDT, SCCM, or similar).
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote support tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- A+ or other relevant IT certifications preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in enterprise-level IT environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell) is a plus.
