Position Details:

Location: Vienna, VA

Hours/Shift: Core hours - 8am-5pm (shift work)

Rate: Up to $24/hr

Technical Duties:
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Experience with desktop imaging technologies (MDT, LTI, ZTI)
  • HP, Canon, and Toshiba printer support


Must-Have Skills:
  • Advanced interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including C-Suite experience
  • Professional presence and maturity
  • Team-first attitude and ability to work collaboratively
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate troubleshooting skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11
  • Microsoft Office/365, Outlook, Teams


Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals Certification
  • Experience with ConnectWise Remote Support Software
  • Experience with CyberArk Workforce Password Management Software
  • Experience troubleshooting Citrix VDIs
