RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Coordinator in the Doral, FL area.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate materials/hardware procurement and logistics including creating and maintaining master order lists per project, entering purchase requisitions, ensuring proper & timely issuance of POs, working with vendors to track and report on procurements status, ensuring all items are received, coordinating logistics and ensuring equipment is received on time at its final destination
* Update master order lists, ensure accuracy, and reconcile with bills of materials, purchase orders, and payment system to ensure all materials are marked as received in the system and ready for payment
* Near project closure, ensure all POs are reconciled and closed
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of experience in logistics and project coordinator
* English as their primary language
* Live in the South Florida area, as they will need to come into the Doral office as well as visit warehouses to work with our team on equipment inventory
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
