Job Details

Responsibilities:

Lead and support the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Cloud Order Management modules.

  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Configure Oracle Cloud OM, including order capture, orchestration, pricing, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SCM, Finance, and Customer Service.
  • Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and training documentation.
  • Participate in system testing, UAT, and go-live support.
  • Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.
  • Interface with technical teams to define integration and reporting requirements.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud experience with at least 2+ years in Oracle Cloud Order Management.
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Experience in configuring order types, fulfillment setups, pricing rules, ATP, and shipping configurations.
  • Familiarity with related modules like Inventory, Pricing, AR, and Procurement is a plus.
  • Experience working in a hybrid onsite/offshore model.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of B2B integrations, Oracle Fusion Pricing, or CPQ.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in SCM or Order Management.
