YSI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphics Specialist to support the program at Fort Belvoir, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for graphics design, operation, and setup of computer graphic systems for business communications. This role will also involve coordinating graphic production and working closely with other departments to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong expertise in graphic design and proficiency with computer graphic systems.
  • Experience coordinating and managing graphic projects and working with contractors.
  • Must have expert-level knowledge of software and platforms for content design and visual communications (suggests 5 10+ years in similar roles).
  • Design lock screens, slick sheets, and branding templates for InfB initiatives.
  • Create presentations, thumbnails, PowerPoint decks, logos, and web banners.
  • Design content for hallway monitors and field office reports.
  • Support monthly newsletters, retirement/leadership announcements, and other strategic communication efforts.
  • Maintain consistent, high-quality branding and visual identity across InfB materials.
  • Collaborate with FBI stakeholders to clarify and produce engaging visual information.
  • Plan and manage content development projects and strategic communication support.
  • Bachelor s degree (BA/BS) with 5-10 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance required.
