RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Principal Data Modeler/Systems Analyst in Smithfield, RI.
Key Tasks:
* Facilitating requirements elicitation sessions with business partners and be the active driver in the backlog refinement process
* Executing analysis and evaluate systems on large and complex projects
* Encouraging the Agile and cloud first methodologies; Including active participation in the daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, sprint reviews and reflections
* Building a deep understanding of the domain and actively share that understanding through team mentoring
* Communicating effectively to influence team members and external groups, including navigating the organization to effectively accomplish tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
* 10+ years of Systems Analysis experience, with a solid understanding of data intensive applications
* Experience working in a Full Stack environment (UI, Middleware and Database layers)
* Skilled in collaborating with business users, technical teams, and project managers to gather requirements, clarify data rules, and resolve discrepancies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
