Description
The UX researcher is an integral part on UX (user experience) team. The researcher will be part of a product team and responsible for research that informs the UX process from discovery through design delivery.
In this role, you will lead efforts to develop and execute research plans, methodologies and report findings that elevate and translate user insights into actionable recommendations.
At the core, this position will transform unmet user needs and business opportunities into successful product launches through user research throughout different design phases. The UX Researcher will work to create a best in class user experience for our client's frontline employees, helping transform unmet user needs and business opportunities into successful employee tools.
The ideal candidate has a passion for user centered research and design and has a wide breadth of experience across multiple types of products, channels and research methodologies.
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate & document relevant feedback during design reviews
  • Lead data collection efforts and oversee data analysis and synthesis using industry standard techniques.
  • Design and implement research studies, including developing methodologies and data collection instruments.
  • Plan and execute field visits to shadow users in ethnographic states.
  • Prepare and deliver research reports, presentations, and other research deliverables
  • Interpret research findings and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Capture insights and synthesis in research repository.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into decision-making processes.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops using established workshop frameworks.
  • Mentor junior researchers and provide guidance on research best practices. Actively contribute to team culture and research ops.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and methodologies in the field of research.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $63.00/hr.
