Job Details
Job Title: Senior Desktop Engineer (Level 2)
Location: Bronx, NY(onsite)
Nature of the Job:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, either 9 AM - 5 PM or 8 AM - 4 PM
- Work Location: Onsite only, no work from home option
- Requirements: Covid vaccinated
- On-Call Duty: Once every 4 to 6 weeks (must be available to come onsite if required)
- Responsibilities: Lift and shift computer peripherals as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- 4+ years of Experience in Desktop troubleshooting.
- Support client day-to-day functionality and efficiency
- Provide IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices at the allocated location
- Respond to customer requests effectively and communicate with them to address issues
- Demonstrate good knowledge in Desktop / Printer / Laptop Troubleshooting
