Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery and implementation. Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce applications to maintain optimal performance and resolve issues. Document technical specifications and processes to ensure clarity and consistency in development. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends to drive innovation and improvement.
