Title: Application Programmer

Location:Addison,TX
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$47.49-$67.85/Hrs

Description
Potential contract to hire position.
Requires resources not needing sponsorship now or in the future.
Minimum 3 days per week hybrid schedule required.
Focus on delivering a specific workstream in a cloud migration initiative.
No direct client interactions, but coordination with stakeholders is required.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement contact center solutions both on-premise and in the cloud.
Configure and troubleshoot software and hardware components.
Integrate with third-party applications and systems.
Utilize cloud APIs, SDKs, and tools to build integrations and extensions.
Coordinate with tech partners and product vendors.

Qualifications
10 years of development and implementation experience.
Strong experience with framework including IVR development, scripting, routing strategy, and reporting.
Proficiency with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript.
Knowledgeable in cloud security features.
Familiar with Agile methodologies and related processes.
