Immediate need for a talented FIeld Support Technician . This is a 03+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Albuquerque, NM (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $19 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide field-based IT support by traveling to client sites.
- Perform break-fix and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware devices such as:
- Printers (Lexmark, HP, etc.)
- PCs
- Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
- Servers and network equipment
- Utilize ticketing systems to manage and resolve service requests.
- Use power tools (e.g., drills) for hardware installations and repairs.
- Maintain clear documentation of work performed.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- After training and certification: Rotating On-Call schedule
- Overtime: Possible
- Mileage: Compensated daily travel varies; may include long-distance trips to areas such as Santa Fe.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills:Break Fix , Troubleshooting , Hardware -Software repair , Installation , Lexmark printer/Printers.
- Hands-on experience with hardware repair (e.g., printers, PCs, POS, etc.).
- Comfortable using power tools and familiar with ticketing systems.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role (training available for the right candidate).
- CompTIA A+ (preferred, not required)
- Lexmark certifications and experience (a plus)
- Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix, HP, Dell, Lenovo equipment (a plus)
