We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Administrator for a long-term on-site contract opportunity in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will support ServiceNow platform administration, hygiene, support, and process alignment with internal best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the ServiceNow platform.
Maintain platform hygiene and manage platform upgrades and patches.
Customize workflows and ServiceNow Portal as per SFO-defined processes.
Collaborate with the ITT team to upskill and transfer best practices in administration and maintenance.
Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures.
Provide end-user support and incident resolution related to ServiceNow.
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience within the last 5 years.
Current ServiceNow Administrator Certification (must provide copy with resume).
Experience working in large-scale environments (10,000+ users).
Strong understanding of ITSM modules, system properties, and performance tuning.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Work Location:
Must be available to work on-site 4 days/week in the Bay Area (San Francisco) no remote or hybrid option.
