Summary:

We are looking for an experienced MarTech Developer to design, build, and implement data-driven marketing solutions across digital channels. This role is hands-on and focused on developing customer data integrations, supporting real-time personalization use cases, and enabling media activation through modern MarTech platforms. You will work closely with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to bring personalized, omni-channel customer experiences to life.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 5 7+ years of hands-on experience in MarTech development, CDP implementation, personalization engineering, or digital marketing technology.

Technical Skills:

  • Practical experience with Tealium, Adobe Target, AEP, Pega, Kafka, or similar platforms.
  • Strong programming experience in Java, Python, or similar languages.
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL data stores.
  • Experience building API integrations, event-data pipelines, and data orchestration workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) or similar cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with customer identity management, tagging, tracking, and data governance.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and requirement-gathering skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for building data-driven marketing and personalization solutions.
