Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Support BU Change Champion in execution of activities defined in the CM Deployment Guide
  • Support BU Champions to ensure training materials are fit for end-users
  • Develop ad-hoc/low effort local process trainings in alignment with Region training team
  • Record system screens during testing for training material developers
  • Deliver end-user training
  • Record training attendance and training effectiveness
  • Provide first line support post-go-live
  • Support data validation activities
  • Test/validate unit and integrated processes and UAT based on standard test scenarios
  • Update test results in test system
  • Participate in cutover / BCP activity

Expectations:

  • Customer P&L: testing S4 Actual Customer Profitability Reporting.
  • Join the SME Lead New WoW in SAC, Customer and Retail P&Ls for Forecast process and reporting tool.
  • S4 Trade monthly accrual change and potentially G2N, WoW on how entries are booked.
  • S4 monthly entry training, new SAP features for accruals, allocations, and assessments
  • Business SME will lead new IBP calendar training.
  • 2025 implement new Global reporting spend taxonomy (this work is underway)
  • 2025 Elimination of Dummy skus for planning and forecasting
  • SAC Enhancements to support O9 Planning tool.
  • Overheads Testing and training
  • Training on new WoW, S4 Profitability Reporting and Global A&C Reporting
  • Support of SAC enhancements to support o9 Planning tool, testing and training
